Alexander M. De Jesus, PT, is a highly experienced physical therapist and co-founder of Quality Care Physical Therapy & Acupuncture PLLC, serving patients across New York for more than two decades. With a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Philippine College of Health Sciences and extensive experience in multiple rehabilitation settings, Alexander is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to the diverse communities of New York, including many years of service within the Chinese community.
Since 2011, he has helped build Quality Care PT & Acupuncture into a trusted center known for integrating physical therapy, acupuncture, and holistic rehabilitation approaches. His clinical expertise includes orthopedic rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, myofascial release, functional movement patterns, manual therapy, and individualized therapeutic exercise programs.
Alexander previously served as Director of Rehabilitation at Rehab Network Inc., where he led rehab teams, developed quality-assurance systems, and trained clinical staff. His work has spanned hospitals, community-based clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and even Broadway, where he provided specialized therapeutic care to the cast and crew of Disney’s The Lion King.
Passionate about patient-centered care, Alexander takes pride in supporting Chinese immigrant families and local communities, offering culturally sensitive communication, personalized recovery plans, and a holistic approach to healing. Caryl Luisa Rasco-Jovellanos, PT, DPT

Dr. Caryl Luisa Rasco-Jovellanos, PT, DPT, is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist with over 20 years of professional experience in hospital, outpatient, orthopedic, geriatric, and rehabilitation settings. She has served the New York community—especially the Chinese community in Brooklyn—for more than a decade, providing patient-centered, culturally sensitive, and outcome-driven rehabilitation care.
Dr. Rasco-Jovellanos earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Dominican College in New York and her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines. She is licensed in both New York and the Philippines, bringing a global, well-rounded clinical perspective to every patient she serves.
